One Big Idea.
Vincent Long spent over 40 years in the trades — running Long’s Plumbing, LLC out of Oakland, CA, servicing 20,000+ customers and operating 10 trucks across commercial and residential projects. He understood load, leverage, and the toll physical work takes on the body.
After decades of watching workers and athletes strain their wrists, lose grip, and fatigue before their muscles even engaged, he asked a question no one had answered: What if the weight was braced against the arm instead of hanging from the hand?
That question became BackBells™ — the world’s first Long Loading Resistance system. A patented, palm-braced design that aligns posture, eliminates wrist torque, and activates the full kinetic chain from hand to shoulder to trunk.

Vincent Long launches his plumbing company in Oakland, CA — building a 40-year career serving 20,000+ customers and major commercial projects including Oakland Airport, the SF/Oakland Bay Bridge, and Tesla.
Vinet Industries — First Patent
Founded Vinet Industries, Inc. and earned his first patent for a proprietary line of construction tools. This began his journey into product development and manufacturing.
The BackBells™ Concept Born
After decades observing how load mechanics cause injury, Vincent develops the Long Loading Resistance concept — a fundamentally new way to hold and use resistance weights.
ViableKey Products, LLC
Founded ViableKey Products to bring BackBells™ to market. Secured multiple patents, developed manufacturing partnerships, and built the brand identity around biomechanical innovation.
